Your KAD membership must be current to attend the 46th Biennial KAD Conference & Retreat for FREE! If you are not a KAD member, you can join or purchase the non-member registration. Membership is just $10 a year.

 

you may register online or you may download the PDF, fill it out on your computer, then print the completed form and mail it in with your payment. If you prefer to write on the form, that’s fine too! Make sure you write clearly so we can process your registration without issues.  Registration must be completed for EACH person.
