Road to Salina for the 41st Biennial KAD Conference
is coming up on June 3rd to 5th 2011 at Ramada Hotel in
Salina, KS.
The Salina Committee under Richard Kerby as chairperson
is having monthly meeting on the last Saturdays of each
month starting February 26th, March 26th, April 23rd, and
May 21st. The location is in Salina where the members gather
with the Conference Committee and a few KAD Board members.
The total combo rate is $80 per person before may 15th.
Please see the Conference registration form on page 2 for
your additional information including the lodging rate.
When you make room reservation(s) at Ramada Hotel, it is
$69 plus tax for one to 4 persons in a room, and please
use group code: KAD. The phone number is 785-823-5606.
The Conference schedule starts on Friday morning of June
3rd through Saturday, June 4th with buffet style banquet,
a guest speaker and awards; and a picnic on Sunday, June
5th. There will have 2 or 3 workshops to be determined as
we go from now.
The Conference also plans to have Miss Deaf Kansas Ambassadorship
Pageant on Friday evening of June 3rd. For additional information
